ALL IN THE NAME
Miigwetch is an Anishinaabe word meaning "thank you" or "gratitude"
Mana is an ancient Polynesian word for spiritual life force, divine energy, and inner power
It represents the heart of my practice: honouring the energy that connects us, giving thanks for the gift of healing, and creating space for balance, peace and reconnection to your true essence
Every treatment is an offering — a moment of stillness, presence, and restoration - where gratitude meets energy, and healing unfolds naturally
Together, Miigwetch to Mana is a sacred expression of gratitude to the life force that flows through all things — the breath, the body, the spirit, and the earth
WHO IS REMILYN?
I am a space-holder, a guide and a channel for calm
My work is rooted in presence, gratitude and the understanding that true healing happens when your body feels safe, your mind feels heard, your soul feels moved and your spirit feels honoured
Over the years, I’ve blended my training in beauty and massage therapy with intuitive touch, energetic awareness and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body. Every treatment I offer is shaped by breath, grounded technique and the intention to listen — not just with my hands, but with my whole self
To me, massage is more than a service; it is a moment of remembrance
